221 868 SUMMARY OF OUR AGREEMENT WITH YOU Personal English
Tutors agrees that it will endeavour to find a suitable family in the Oxfordshire
area (40 km radius of the city) and if no suitable family can be found for the
dates specified, the student's deposit will be refunded in full. Fees are
on the basis of stays extending from Sunday to Sunday. Lesson times can be agreed
with the tutor but normally extend from Monday to Friday. A week begun but not
finished will be counted as a complete week. Fees include accommodation with all
meals and tuition. Costs of the optional social and cultural visits, such
as entrance fees and theatre tickets are not included in the prices. The
fees must be paid at least four weeks before the start of the course. Enrolments
received less than four weeks before the start of the course should include the
full fees with the enrolment form. Enrolment shall only be considered valid after
written confirmation by Personal English Tutors. Payment can be made online or
by bank transfer, preferably in pounds sterling to:

Cancellations
- If you cancel more than four weeks before your arrival date your fees will be
returned less your deposit. If cancellation is within four weeks of your scheduled
arrival date, 50% of total course fees may be retained. No money can be
refunded for any reason other than that stated above, and insurance against cancellation,
accident, illness, loss or injury is the student's responsibility and is strongly
recommended. Personal English Tutors will not accept liability for any loss, injury
or damage caused in whatever manner to persons or property during the stay. No
problems can be considered or rectified unless reported to Personal English Tutors
before the end of any course. It is the student's responsibility to contact Personal
English Tutors immediately if he or she has a problem of any kind. 5.
LICENCE 5.1 You are permitted to print and download extracts from this Website
for your own use on the following basis: (a) no documents or related graphics
on this Website are modified in any way; (b) no graphics on this Website are
used separately from accompanying text; and (c) any of our copyright and trade
mark notices and this permission notice appear in all copies. 5.2 Unless otherwise

AND RETURNS POLICY 4.1 If you wish to cancel your order: (a) you can

you; or (b) where services have already been confirmed by us, by cancelling
your booking with us in accordance with clause 4.2 below. 4.2 You can cancel
services you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of
our receipt of your order for a full refund. The costs of cancelling the service
shall be borne by you. 4.3 Upon receipt of your cancellation we will give you
a full refund of the amount paid less your deposit.. 4.4 The rights to cancel
our service as referred to in clause 4.3 will not apply in the following circumstances:
- within four weeks of the start date of your course, after which time 50%
of total course fees may be retained The provisions of this clause 4.4
do not affect your statutory rights. 8.2 If you would like

at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these
